SC1001 - Cancelled Appointments

Function:

Listing of all cancelled Appointments within the specified cancellation date range; includes cancel reason and login of the person who cancelled, as well as original appointment information.  Reports on all cases that have been cancelled via Appointment, Visit or Pre Op forms.

 

Usage:

• Enter the desired cancellation date range, or bypass specifying to see all cancelled cases.
• Optionally select by specific cancellation reason, physician ID(s), or patient name.
• Optionally sort by scheduled date of service, cancel reason or physician name.
• Results can be grouped by scheduled date of service, cancel reason or physician name.
• Select the De-Identify check box to remove patient names from this report.

 

Hints and Tips:

Use the “Group” option to track trends for either specific reasons for cancellation or specific physicians.
